In this era of burgeoning production and operational demands, it is evident that farmers and ranchers must abandon their reliance on mere visual cues or passive indicators to effectively manage their business. The wisest course of action is the integration of smart agriculture, as it proves to be the ultimate approach in propelling agribusiness to new heights. Discover how Sigflow has spearheaded the implementation of substantial business gains through the practical application of smart agriculture in real-world scenarios.
At Sigflow, we strive to empower farmers with cutting-edge technology to maximize efficiency and output in their agricultural practices. Through the integration of machine learning models with a combination of fresh data and existing information, we can now turn the dream of yield prediction into a tangible reality.
By embracing the concept of smart agriculture, our ultimate objective is to ensure greater food self-sufficiency and generate higher revenues for farmers. This is achieved by mitigating the potential risks posed by environmental factors that may lead to crop failures, while simultaneously enhancing the overall quality of yields.
Through the seamless fusion of advanced technology and agricultural expertise, we aim to revolutionize the industry and equip farmers with the tools they need to thrive in a rapidly changing world.
By monitoring light intensity and soil moisture levels, farmers can determine when to water their crops, reducing water waste and ensuring that plants receive the optimal amount of water and light intensity.
Soil Moisture, Temperature and Oxygen sensors mean farmers can monitor soil conditions, even in the most remote regions. Our multi-purpose sensors can also be used to monitor temperature and humidity levels, which can help farmers identify potential issues with pests and diseases.
Smart irrigation systems have taken over traditional irrigation methods with benefits such as adjusting water levels in response to factors like soil moisture and weather forecasts.
Secure battery-powered GPS devices to track livestock for location updates movement history, geofencing, and more.
Monitor water tank levels remotely and configure alerts when specific levels are reached.
Track run hours and schedule preventative maintenance reminders for equipment.

Clark’s Farm has been serving Howard County for over 200 years. This Maryland community considers Clark’s a local treasure, flocking to the farmers market for healthful vegetables, meats, and herbs, and visiting the property’s petting zoo and seasonal event space for entertainment. We are assisting the sixth and seventh generations of Clark’s Farm with their temperature monitoring in order to ensure that the produce they deliver to their customers is as fresh and delicious as it can be.
Clark’s Farm has entered the retail market, and as a result, has begun to expand its operations. This expansion requires stricter monitoring of tasks to maintain food safety and regulatory compliance. Before the system installation, staff members faced the strenuous— and nearly impossible—chore of overseeing the proper functioning of all refrigeration units 24 hours per day. The existing units often broke down and went unnoticed for extended periods of time, leaving Clark’s Farm with frequent losses of fresh inventory and significant revenues.
Sigflow's solution was installed in the refrigeration units at Clark’s Farm as a method for notifying staff of malfunctions. With advanced warning of an impending problem in these units, farm staff can address issues quickly and efficiently. The solution also offers a Corrective Action feature to help Clark’s Farm document any actions taken to remedy significant temperature fluctuation. Our sensors take only minutes to install and to kick into gear.
Now, Clark’s Farm can control their refrigeration temperatures from anywhere, at any time. Our user-friendly web and mobile applications grant the business access to real-time, around-the-clock monitoring. The solution’s cellular gateways are unlike WiFi operated devices; we can provide a broader range of coverage. The SMS text message and e-mail alerts would notify Clark’s Farm immediately if a refrigeration breakdown occurred. Clark’s Farm can set sensor-reading thresholds and configure alert settings accordingly, and therefore address issues before they suffer a loss in inventory.
