IoT sensors are redefining what’s possible in modern hotels—and Sigflow sits at the center of that transformation. By instrumenting guest rooms, corridors, back-of-house areas, and critical infrastructure with connected sensors, hotel brands gain real-time visibility into how their properties actually perform. The result: smarter, safer, more efficient operations that today’s tech-savvy guests increasingly expect.
With an estimated 47.7% of hotel guests preferring accommodations with modern technology amenities, connected devices are no longer a novelty—they’re a competitive differentiator. Sigflow’s hospitality IoT solutions help hotels deliver on that demand by monitoring temperature, humidity, occupancy, energy usage, leaks, and even staff safety through discreet panic buttons and location-aware devices. When this data flows into Sigflow’s cloud platform, your team gets clear, actionable insights instead of noise.
The impact is significant. Hotels that leverage IoT for smart energy management—automating HVAC and lighting based on occupancy and comfort—can reduce energy consumption by up to 30%, driving substantial cost savings while advancing ESG and sustainability goals. At the same time, using IoT data to personalize guest experiences (preferred room settings, faster response to issues, quieter and safer floors) boosts satisfaction, online reviews, and long-term loyalty.
From a single property to a global portfolio, Sigflow helps hospitality brands move from reactive to proactive operations: predicting issues before they impact guests, improving staff safety with panic buttons and real-time alerts, and ensuring every room performs to brand standards. In an industry where margins are tight and expectations are high, Sigflow’s IoT sensor platform turns every hotel into a smart, data-driven asset—unlocking new levels of efficiency, safety, and guest experience.

Sigflow Employee Safety Devices (ESD) send Alerts to designated security personnel when our Employee Panic Buttons are pressed. These Employee Alert Buttons send real-time text and email alerts with pinpoint accuracy of the distress location. The exact room & floor location are given, and the location is updated every 10 seconds until the alert is cleared. The perfect, low-power, long range, Eco-friendly, Green IoT solution, supporting the AHLA's 5-Star Promise because, Shouldn't everyone feel safe at work?

With Sigflow's Employee Safety Devices (ESD), the distress location also appears on the property’s floor plan and a detailed incident report is automatically generated documenting team's response. In addition to our LoRaWAN sensors, we utilize Bluetooth beacons in rooms and other desired areas to determine the location of where employee panic buttons are pressed.

Alerts are updated every 10 seconds to communicate accurate updated location information of the person in distress, anywhere on the property. When the employee is safe from harm, employee alert buttons can be disengaged by the recipient and documented actions taken to address the situation.
